Delivery time
We are committed to delivering your products as quickly, uncomplicated and ecologically as possible. Your products will be shipped after receipt of your payment. In general delivery takes place within 1-4 work days after receipt of payment. Please be aware that in the case of payment in advance, shipment may be delayed by 2-3 work days, as, depending on the bank, it may take 1-3 days until the money reaches our account. Unless stated otherwise in the offer, orders will be shipped within 1-2 work days. All deliveries are made in a climate-neutral way by the Austrian Post or in Germany by DHL. For further details on CO2-neutral shipping see here. By the way: Our packaging is environmentally friendly too! Our packaging materials are made of recycling materials - please separate them accordingly upon disposal!

Delivery is made ex factory to Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary.. We are happy to deliver to other countries upon request! Please send us an email to info(at)erdbeerwoche.com and we will inform you about the respective shipping costs.

Delivery to Austria and Germany:
There is no minimum order value. Shipping costs are € 5.90 up to 40 products incl. From 41 products upwards the shipping costs will be recalculated and disclosed upon request. Delivery to Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary:
There is no minimum order value. Shipping costs to these countries are € 8.90 up to 40 products incl. From 41 products upwards the shipping costs will be recalculated and disclosed upon request. Delivery to Switzerland:
There is no minimum order value. Shipping costs to Switzerland are € 12.90 up to 40 products incl. From 41 products upwards the shipping costs will be recalculated and disclosed upon request. Delivery takes place within 1-4 work days after receipt of payment. Attention: No VAT is charged for deliveriesw to Switzerland. Nonetheless, customers based in Switzerland have to pay all import taxes, tollages as well as fees and charges arising from money transactions. Why does erdbeerwoche not deliver free of charge only for orders of €50,- and above?
Major online retailers such as Amazon & Co use delivery free of charge as part of their advertising campaign. Unfortunately, shipping is not free of charge for anyone, neither large nor small online shops. Goods must be stored, prepared, packaged and shipped.. These tasks are carried out by people who, in our opinion, are entitled to fair remuneration. If online shops offer shipping and returns free of charge, someone has to lose out. Usually these are people who work in logistics, as numerous scandals about contract workers working for large online retailers have shown. With us you can be sure that your shipping costs are a good investment. We ship your products with great care and in compliance with the highest social and ecological standards! Another benefit for you when ordering with us rather than large anonymous retailers: We know our products inside out and are therefore in a position to answer basically any question you may have regarding our products!
